 Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

BOOKING POLICY: 

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

All appointment requests should be done by completing its specific form. After submitting the form you will receive a response by text within 24-48hrs. Dates are giving on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 24hrs the card on file will be charged 50% of the total. If your appointment is cancelled with LESS than 24hrs, same day or you ​​​"No show", the card will be charged 100% of the total.

NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE.

 

LATE POLICY:

You will ONLY be allowed 10 minutes late to your appointment, anything later than that might require you to reschedule your appointment for the next available date - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

NO KIDS ALLOWED  & NO EXTRA GUESTS in the studio.

They should wait in the guest lounge inside the building or in the car.

SICK POLICY:

IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 100% OF THE TOTAL.  

REFUND POLICY:

I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
